Municipal Common Area
Commercial- Published
- Location
- Central Indiana
- Scope
- Commercial Concrete and Asphalt
A city common area poured in banded concrete, with radial joint work and a central fountain surround.
Commercial properties demand more than residential work: higher traffic, heavier loads, stricter codes. Silvers Concrete and Paving has served Indianapolis businesses, municipalities, and property managers since 2018. We have built walkways around public libraries, poured city common areas, installed ADA-compliant ramps, and laid parking lots that handle daily truck traffic.
Public ground has to last
City common areas, library walkways, park pathways, public building steps and civic infrastructure all take constant foot traffic and are expensive to close for repair. Concrete is specified here for heavy loads, ADA ramps and high-visibility areas, with proper reinforcement for maximum durability.
Working around the public
We can phase walkway sections, entry work or lot work so a site never has to fully close. Clear communication from quote to completion, with minimal disruption to the operations around us.
